If however you do not find that you like the Weight Watcher’s program, you can choose another weight loss program such as Jenny Craig.  If none of these programs are something you are interested in, there are a thousand other ways you can attain your weight loss.

One really cool and fairly new way tool to help you with your weight loss needs is an application that is available on smart phones called My Fitness Center. This little application can help you easily count your daily calorie intake as well as track your exercise for each day.  All you do is scan the bar code on the foods you are eating and the app will automatically show you how many calories are in that particular food.  After you have eaten your allotted number of calories for that day you simply stop eating.
